At Xango Sacred Wisdom, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your scheduled reading, please ensure you do so at least 3 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a refund of your payment or deposit, which may take up to 7 business days to process. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 3-hour timeframe, your payment or deposit will be forfeited.

Additionally, please note that if your reading exceeds the allotted time, an extra charge of $5.00 will be applied. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that we provide the best possible service to all our clients.
